Nesreća se dogodila u smeru ka Pančevu, kada je vozilo „fijat multipla“ beogradskih registarskih oznaka izletelo sa kolovoza i udarilo u banderu.
Od jačine udara, tri osobe su stradale na licu mesta, a četvrta, pedesetogodišnji muškarac koji je bio sa njima u automobilu, sa teškim povredama je prebačen u bolnicu.
